We are looking for a skilled Translator (English to Arabic) to translate a well-known published book into high-quality Arabic while preserving the original tone, style, and intent of the author. The ideal candidate has strong linguistic ability, cultural awareness, and experience translating long-form works such as books, academic texts, or literary content.

Responsibilities include translating the full manuscript accurately and fluently, adapting cultural references appropriately for Arabic readers, maintaining consistency in terminology, and ensuring the final text reads naturally in Modern Standard Arabic. The translator will collaborate with editors and proofreaders to refine the final version and may be required to provide notes on challenging passages or terminology decisions.

Candidates should have proven experience in book or long-form translation, excellent command of both English and Arabic, and strong writing skills in Arabic. Familiarity with literary, academic, or non-fiction writing styles is preferred depending on the book genre. Attention to detail, research skills, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.

This is a project-based position with remote working arrangements. Fluency in English and native-level Arabic proficiency are required. Prior published translation work is highly desirable.
