Job Description
Our company is hiring an Administrative Assistant to provide clerical and organizational support. You will handle correspondence, manage schedules, prepare documents, and maintain office records.
The role includes answering phones, greeting visitors, and coordinating meetings and travel. You will assist with data entry, filing, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and has strong communication skills. Previous experience (1–2 years) in an administrative or secretarial role is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
