Job Description
Our organization is looking for an Office Coordinator to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will manage front-desk activities, handle incoming calls and visitors, and maintain office supplies and equipment.
The role involves coordinating with different departments, scheduling meetings, and supporting administrative tasks. You will assist in organizing company events and maintaining filing systems (physical and digital).
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude are required. Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting or inventory tasks is preferred. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
